What is the difference between a box made of glass fiber and one made of plastic? -A box made of glass fiber has better qualities than the plastic one. Glass fiber is very firm, allowing light-weight constructions. Plastic boxes are often softer and require reinforcements that increase weight. A plastic box is also cheaper to manufacture in large series which has direct impact on pricing.
Can I buy a box in the same color tone that my car has? -Yes, that is fully possible. Just submit us the color code of your car.
Is it true that I can load a baby carriage in the roof box? -Today's baby carriages can be fold up and taken into pieces in different ways. Our experience is that you can load both chassis and basket as well as other parts into F2. Fold up the chassis and hood. You can also loosen the wheels.
Is F2 theft secure? -In our experience F2 is one of the most secure boxes in today's markets, thanks to our choice of materials, high-quality locks and other details. Glass fiber is very solid, and thus, the edges are very firm, which makes it more difficult to access the locks or the load.
What is the load capacity of F2? -The round form of F2 makes it roomy and load-friendly. Race skiers have loaded up to 30 pairs of skis into one box. Thus, you can easily load your family's skis into F2, and there still is space left for some bags. The capacity of 520 liters is one of the biggest in today's markets. |
